Data deletion

Would you like us to delete your personal data? You can request this at any time — it's your right under Art. 17 GDPR.

How to request deletion

Send us a short e-mail to [email protected] with the subject line "Data deletion" — ideally from the e-mail address you used to order or register with us, so we can identify you reliably.

We'll confirm receipt and delete your data within 30 days. This covers your customer account, your contact details and your newsletter consent. Data we're legally required to keep (e.g. invoices under commercial and tax law) will be blocked for the remaining retention period and deleted afterwards.

Data from Facebook or Instagram

If you've interacted with us via Facebook or Instagram and would like this data deleted, the same process applies: an e-mail to [email protected] is all it takes.
