Register a return

For a return, you need two things: the order number and the email address from your order. Enter both in the form below, and we'll create your return label. One thing up front, so there's no disappointment later: individually mixed paints are excluded from cancellation and exchange.

Your return label in three steps

  • Enter the order number and email address from your order confirmation.
  • Select the item and tell us in one sentence why it's being returned.
  • Print the label, seal the box, drop off the parcel.

If you get stuck in the form, message us via Help and Support — you can enter the same details there.

What can be returned and what can't

Every re-box paint is made only after you order it, even the white shades. That's exactly why mixed paint is excluded from cancellation. The same applies to a full renovation box as soon as it contains mixed paint — in that case, the entire box is excluded. Separately marked white goods, meaning unmixed base material, we take back as long as they're undamaged and in their original packaging.

So a return never needs to happen in the first place

The most common reason for a later change of heart is the shade, not the parcel. So check it beforehand in your own light — morning, evening, and right on the wall it's meant for. That's what the colour sample box, 65 pcs is for, with all 65 shades. Not sure yet which direction even suits your space? Then start with the colour finder — it turns a photo of your room into four concrete suggestions.

Common questions about returns

Can I return a mixed paint?
No, individually mixed paints are excluded from cancellation and exchange. They're mixed specifically for your order and can't be put back into stock afterwards.

What do I need to register a return?
The order number and the email address from your order. Both are in your order confirmation, so there's nothing else to look up.

What if the box contains mixed paint?
Then the entire box is excluded from cancellation. If there's transport damage, get in touch anyway: that's what Contact is for, ideally with a photo of the box.
